This was indeed an interesting and eye-opening book. I really liked the way the author described and used the words “soul ties” to explain different relationships we have with others. The author clearly hails from a denomination that I am not very familiar with, yet I did understand and agree with most of his points. There were some speculations in the book that I was not sure I agreed with completely but these were minor and did not affect the major points the author was making.

I have been blessed not to have experienced toxic soul ties with those close to me. This book has increased my awareness for the possible toxic soul ties, but also increased my desire to strengthen and fortify the wonderful soul ties that I do have.
